Job summary

RevUp Consulting in Singapore seeks a senior IT governance leader to own the global governance and control framework across central, divisional and regional IT teams.

You will drive the enterprise IT control register, lead risk-based monitoring of IT controls across change, incident, service and delivery, and push deficiencies to closure with evidence. This role reports to senior leaders and collaborates with Security, Risk and Assurance teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT governance, IT controls, GRC, technology risk or compliance.
• Experience running governance across multiple countries, business units or entities.
• Hands-on with control registers, ownership models, evidence, monitoring and remediation.
• Confidence presenting to and challenging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT governance framework: policies, standards, decision rights, forums and escalation paths.
• Run the enterprise IT control register: owners, evidence requirements and monitoring frequency.
• Lead management self-assessments and risk-based monitoring of IT controls across change, incident, service and delivery.
• Drive deficiencies, exceptions and remediation to evidence-based closure.
• Report one consolidated view of IT governance and control health to senior leaders.
• Work with Security, Risk and assurance teams, with clear ownership across each.
