Job summary

Certis seeks a Digital Governance Manager to lead the establishment and execution of its governance framework across digital platforms and technology initiatives. You will enable innovation while maintaining control, trust, and regulatory alignment in a dynamic environment.

You will partner with IT, security, risk, and business teams to assess digital risks, drive governance maturity, and ensure consistent controls across the lifecycle of platforms and systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in digital governance, technology risk, IT governance, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of digital operating models, technology governance frameworks, and system lifecycle management.
• Experience governing enterprise digital platforms, systems, and large-scale technology initiatives.
• Sound knowledge of information security, privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive governance outcomes in complex environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills with a pragmatic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and continuously enhance an enterprise-wide digital governance framework aligned with Certis’ strategy.
• Establish governance models for digital platforms, systems, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain policies, standards, and operating procedures for governance.
• Advise senior stakeholders on digital governance risks, trade-offs, and decision-making.
• Define governance controls to manage operational, technology, and compliance risks.
• Embed governance into design, delivery, and operations of digital solutions.
