Qualifications

• GCE N or O Level qualification required.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of SOC (Shipper-Owned Container) and Isotank operations.
• Logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare On-Hire and Off-Hire reports for Isotank/SOC equipment.
• Manage and update inventory records with accurate data input.
• Arrange trucking for empty Isotank units.
• Source and follow up with Isotank/SOC prospects and agents internationally.
• Monitor and submit daily Isotank/SOC activity reports.
• Coordinate Off-Hiring procedures for Isotank/SOC units.
• Verify invoices related to SOC operations and technical equipment.
• Oversee LOLO (Loading/Offloading) activities to ensure proper handling of inventory.
• Review container re-use requests and confirm units are suitable for next shipment.
• Follow up with local and overseas agents and prospects to develop potential.
• Develop and souring for prospective clients for new shipments.
