Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Singapore to manage ISO-Tank movements locally and abroad, liaising with agents, depots and vendors. You will monitor leasing status, coordinate allocations and follow up on billing, while supporting maintenance and repairs as needed.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Logistics or related studies; training will be provided for those with limited experience. Singaporean citizens only apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Shipping or Maritime Studies.
• Candidate without experience are welcome; training will be provided.
• 1–2 years of logistics, shipping or freight experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and overseas ISO-Tanks movements, schedules and status updates.
• Liaise with agents, depots and vendors on operational requirements and ISO-tank movements.
• Monitor equipment leasing status and related charges.
• Coordinate equipment allocation and repositioning based on operational needs.
• Review and follow up on billing matters.
• Support maintenance and repair arrangements and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely operational updates.
