Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Intra Trades Stowage organization across Intra-Asia, Intra-Europe and Intra-America feeder networks.
• Define and execute mid- and long-term vision, strategy and performance objectives for Intra Trades Stowage.
• Own network performance, vessel utilisation, cargo intake and cost efficiency.
• Drive innovation, technology adoption, and new ways of working.
• Align regional stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes and ensure compliance.
• Coach and develop stowage managers and teams; manage resources across people, technology and finance.
• Lead continuous improvement and process optimisation across global operations.
