Qualifications

• Experience with investor onboarding and KYC processes is preferred.
• Understanding of fund operations, NAV review, and cash controls.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and governance procedures.
• Ability to liaise with external service providers and auditors.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Investor Onboarding - collect KYC documents and ensure compliance.
• Fund Operations Support - assist NAV review and cash control activities.
• Service Provider Coordination - liaise with legal, tax, fund administrators, valuers, and auditors.
• Issue Management & Escalation - escalate fund issues for timely resolution.
• Ad Hoc Support - assist with additional administrative tasks and reporting.
