Job summary

astek singapore innovation technology pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional infrastructure transformation programs in an international, multi-entity setting in Singapore.

Focus areas include business/IT integrations, carve-outs, infrastructure transitions, and the Asia Service Desk transition, with governance across budgets, risks and milestones.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.
• Proven involvement in infrastructure transformation, transition, migration, and PMO projects.
• Strong knowledge of Network, Cloud, Workplace/EUC, Workstations, and Infrastructure Migrations.
• Experience managing MSPs, system integrators, vendors, and outsourced providers.
• Good understanding of ITSM, ServiceNow, and managed service/run models.
• Excellent written and verbal English; stakeholder management across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects with scoping, planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Lead integration and carve-out projects; onboard and separate business entities.
• Oversee Asia Service Desk transition and related RFP/tender activities.
• Coordinate projects across network, cloud, Workplace/EUC, and migration environments.
• Manage MSPs, system integrators, vendors, and technology partners.
• Provide governance, dashboards, budgets, risks, dependencies, and milestones reporting.
• Ensure smooth transitions into operations/run environments.
