Job summary

PENTAX Medical seeks a strategic Indirect Procurement Specialist to lead global sourcing and procurement across regions. You will drive category strategies, optimize total cost of ownership, standardize processes, and manage an international supplier base aligned with corporate objectives.

You will collaborate with APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, engaging Finance, IT, HR, Operations/Commercial, Marketing and Legal to ensure KPIs, governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in indirect procurement with global exposure.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑regional sourcing programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for indirect categories.
• Partner with regional teams to align strategy with local execution.
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes and negotiate with multinational suppliers.
• Implement supplier performance frameworks and KPIs.
• Manage contract governance and compliance across regions.
• Drive spend analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
