Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Manager Sourcing & Procurement – Indirect APAC to lead regional procurement across APAC, covering freight, logistics, facilities, IT, and professional services.

This role partners with Operations, Engineering, Finance and Legal to deliver long‑term value and procurement governance. The successful candidate will drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and sustainability while managing a high‑performing team in a highly matrixed

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management within industrial or multinational environments.
Strong leadership with ability to inspire and develop teams in a matrix organization.
Proven experience managing indirect procurement categories across APAC (logistics, services, consumables, facilities, etc.).

Responsibilities

Define and execute APAC indirect procurement strategies aligned with global objectives.
Lead a high‑performing procurement team across APAC.
Drive cost savings, supplier optimization and long‑term value creation.
Establish governance, KPIs, reporting dashboards for strategic decision‑making.
Support procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure optimal commercial terms.
Monitor supplier performance with scorecards and governance reviews.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and Facilities teams.
