Job summary

GE Vernova International LLC Singapore Branch seeks an experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end HVDC project engineering from initiation through commissioning and handover. You will drive safety, quality, schedule and cost performance while coordinating global engineering teams and stakeholders.

The role requires deep HVDC/EHV experience, strong governance discipline and proven leadership in complex, multi-center projects across diverse interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in EPC projects for power transmission or electrical infrastructure.
• At least 5 years in engineering leadership or technical project management.
• Experience in HVDC, FACTS or EHV transmission projects.
• Knowledge of design reviews, governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering execution of large HVDC projects from initiation to handover.
• Account for safety, quality, schedule, cost, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across global centres and interfaces.
• Lead technical design reviews, governance activities and change management.
• Ensure compliance with standards, specifications and contractual obligations.
• Provide direction to resolve engineering challenges throughout the lifecycle.
