Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end engineering for large HVDC projects, coordinating multiple engineering disciplines across global centres. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives, while interfacing with customers and consortium partners.

The role requires strong leadership, technical depth in HVDC/FACTS/EHV, and proven experience in EPC project execution with a focus on risk management and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant EPC experience in power transmission or electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end engineering execution of large HVDC projects from initiation to handover.
• Accountable for safety, quality, schedule, cost, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across global centers and interfaces with customers and partners.
• Develop engineering execution plans, resources, priorities and performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, standards and project objectives.
• Provide technical direction and resolve engineering challenges across the project lifecycle.
• Lead engineering governance, design reviews and configuration management.
• Monitor KPIs and drive delivery milestones with cross-functional teams.
