Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Head of Technical Security in Singapore to lead the strategy, design and governance of physical security technology across the organisation. You will ensure access control, CCTV, intrusion detection and monitoring platforms are effective, scalable and aligned to business risk and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in physical security technology, security systems and operations.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, VMS, alarms and monitoring platforms.
• Experience leading security technology projects across multi-site or global environments.
• Understanding of risk assessment, design principles and operational assurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the security systems strategy, roadmap and standards.
• Lead design, deployment and lifecycle management of physical security systems across sites.
• Define technical standards and operating requirements for security technology.
• Partner with Security, IT, Facilities and other stakeholders to ensure integration and compliance.
• Oversee security technology projects from concept to delivery and benefits realization.
• Ensure systems are maintained, tested, patched and resilient with SLAs.
• Provide technical leadership during incidents, audits and crisis response.
• Establish metrics and assurance activities to assess system effectiveness and adoption.
• Manage external suppliers and technology partners to meet commitments.
• Identify emerging technologies and innovation opportunities to enhance capability.
