Qualifications

• 7+ years in Business Operations, Management Consulting, or GRC in high-growth deep-tech or SaaS.
• CBCP or ISO 22301 certification or equivalent with ownership of BCDR frameworks.
• GDPR/PDPA experience and knowledge of international export controls.
• Proven record delivering complex non-technical projects (entity setups, office expansions).
• Led company-wide OKR planning, tracking and execution cycles.
• 10+ years of management experience overseeing diverse teams.
• Able to communicate with PhD-level researchers and engineers.
• Experience taking company policies through complete lifecycle, including audits.
• Strong technical literacy and quick learner of new tech.
• Bachelor’s in business, law, or engineering; PMP/CIPP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and translate goals into scalable workflows.
• Design and maintain ISO 22301 aligned BCDR frameworks and risk registers.
• Lead company-wide OKR planning and cross-functional execution.
• Architect and enforce SOPs and governance across technical teams.
• Coordinate with Chief Legal & Compliance on PDPA/GDPR and export controls.
• Manage external programs and industry affiliations and deliverables.
• Drive high-performance work environment across multiple offices.
• Define, implement and iterate company policies for tech teams.
• Analyze operational spend and identify efficiency improvements.
