Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking an Executive Director, Head of Digital Delivery to lead end-to-end digital banking platforms for Retail and Wholesale Banking. The role entails defining technology strategy, delivering multi-year roadmaps, and ensuring high availability, security and regulatory compliance across global delivery teams.

You will report to the Head of Group Architecture & Digital Technology (GADT) and manage a global delivery organization of 500+ engineers, balancing

Qualifications

• 15+ years of digital delivery leadership within large financial institutions or technology organizations.
• Delivery at scale across on-shore/off-shore geographies, preferably across ASEAN and China.
• Strong understanding of Retail and Wholesale Banking processes and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy for digital banking across Retail and Wholesale.
• Oversee program/portfolio planning, dependency management and release governance.
• Own delivery outcomes, production reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
