Job summary

Micron Technology, a leader in memory and storage solutions, seeks a PDE Process Integration Senior Manager to guide PI across HBM programs and multiple sites. You will lead a distributed team, standardize processes, and drive risk management from development to high-volume manufacturing.

AI-enabled tools will be leveraged for yield and risk insights. Ideal candidates bring 12–15+ years in semiconductor PI/NPI, proven cross-site leadership, and a track record of large-scale NPI implementations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
12–15+ years of semiconductor engineering experience with PI/NPI expertise.
Proven leadership experience managing managers and cross-site teams.
Proven history of leading large-scale NPI implementation and yield ramp.

Responsibilities

Define and drive PI strategy, standards, and guidelines across HBM programs.
Coordinate PI execution across multiple HBM NPI programs, with ramp targets.
Ensure robust risk identification, early detection mechanisms, and mitigation strategies.
Serve as the central PI leader collaborating with engineering and manufacturing organizations.
Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools for yield analysis and risk prediction.
Align senior collaborators on roles, decisions, and site tradeoffs; report to executive leadership.
