Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a MSH PDE PI Manager to lead a team of process integration engineers responsible for the successful execution of High Bandwidth Memory NPI from early development through High Volume Manufacturing.

The role blends people leadership with technical oversight to ensure PI readiness, yield ramp, and risk mitigation across wafer fabrication, assembly, and test. You will be accountable for delivering NPI commitments while developing a strong, scalable PI organization

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
8–12+ years of semiconductor engineering experience with strong PI/NPI background.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and manage performance.
Experience with resource planning, prioritization, and program execution.
Strong communication and decision‑making skills across engineering and leadership teams.
Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively.

Responsibilities
