Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for PDE PI to lead a distributed team across sites, defining PI standards and guiding NPI success for HBM programs.

You will drive governance, risk management, and AI-enabled analytics to optimize yield and ramp performance. Applicants should have a strong engineering background with 12–15+ years in semiconductors, and proven leadership across multi-site programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12–15+ years of semiconductor engineering with deep PI/NPI expertise.
• Proven leadership of managers and cross-site teams.
• Proven history of leading large-scale NPI implementation and yield ramp across complex programs.
• Excellent collaborator management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive PI strategy, standards, and guidelines across HBM programs.
• Coordinate PI execution across multiple HBM NPI programs, ensuring delivery against targets.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as central PI leader collaborating with engineering and manufacturing orgs.
• Champion AI-enabled tools for yield analysis and risk prediction.
