in Singapore is seeking a marketing and business development professional to drive growth across markets, channels and campaigns. You will identify new markets, build strategic partnerships, coordinate industry engagement, and lead initiatives from planning to execution, while collaborating with Sales, Operations, Product and Finance to translate market opportunities into revenue.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, sales or a related commercial role.
Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies that strengthen brand awareness, market presence and business performance.
Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, sales channels and commercial opportunities.
Build relationships with customers and key market contacts through networking, business development and industry engagement.
Develop opportunities across the commercial, corporate, consumer, tourism, government and industry sectors.
Identify and coordinate relevant government and tourism industry programmes, projects and initiatives, including proposals, applications, stakeholder liaison, planning and implementation.
Lead major marketing initiatives and events, from planning and coordination through to execution and evaluation.
Oversee online and offline marketing activities, campaigns, promotions and customer acquisition initiatives.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance and other teams to bring new opportunities, campaigns and projects to market effectively.
Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and strengthen the company's competitive position.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing and business development initiatives and translate market opportunities into customer growth, sales and revenue.
