Domino’s Pizza is seeking an International Business Manager to own the Master Franchisee relationship and drive budget targets across openings and same-store sales growth. You will coordinate with COEs and leadership to influence strategic plans and ensure MFA compliance for markets you oversee.

The role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel up to 50% to partner with Master Franchisees and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years in regional or multinational org.
• Experience in multi-unit environment (retail/F&B/QSR).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to read financial statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven relationship-building and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage Franchisee relationships to achieve targets (sales, EBITDA, development).
• Coordinate with COEs and leadership for annual operating plans and market objectives.
• Ensure MFA compliance and capital readiness of Master Franchisees.
• Lead business planning, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support in-field and virtual Franchisee touchpoints using DPI Engagement Model.
• Work with QA to advance food safety agenda and brand protection.
