• Support or lead key CAT3 R&D projects with a high impact on the business
• Manage the project in alignment with NPDI and Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) initiative
• Interact proactively with the other functions, especially the business lead and operations to ensure the overall project objectives are met
• Manage projects in a timely fashion to deliver 60/40 winning product and commission new production line in accordance to business needs
• Maintain standards, support Factory operations
• Contribute in ideation, development and industrialization of newly technologies
