Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Logistics Coordinator to manage FMCG order processing and coordinate export orders for overseas customers.

You will collaborate with Central Kitchen, freight forwarders, overseas customers and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. Responsibilities include packing and dispatching orders per shipping requirements, monitoring inventory, maintaining stock records, and conducting monthly stock takes while keeping warehouses

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics Management required or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics operation experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the processing of FMCG orders for internal and external customers.
• Handle and coordinate export orders for overseas customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Central Kitchen, freight forwarders, overseas customers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth order fulfilment.
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch FMCG and export orders in accordance with shipping requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and perform monthly stocktaking activities.
• Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.
