EOS Innovation Singapore is seeking a Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller to establish and scale the finance function across its expanding international operations. You will lead planning, accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, governance, treasury, and business partnering across multiple entities and cost centres.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience as Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager in multinational organisations.
• Experience managing multiple entities and international reporting structures.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting.
• Experience coordinating audits, tax compliance, and reporting.
• Strong transfer pricing and intercompany accounting understanding.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP S4/HANA or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and rolling forecast processes across all entities.
• Oversee multi-entity accounting, reporting, and governance across jurisdictions.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end closes and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and cross-border transactions.
• Support audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings.
• Develop finance systems, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Partner with leadership to drive financial insights for growth and expansion.
