Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Finance Analyst to manage monthly sales commission calculations, review commission structures and prepare statements across global regions. You will reconcile data with Sales and Finance teams and produce monthly reports to support business decisions.

The role also supports forecasting, budgeting, year-end close, audits and general finance operations, including invoices and payments. Experience with Salesforce or compensation software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Experience in Salesforce and/or compensation software preferred.
• Comfortable working with leadership and across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly sales commission calculations, reviews and payments across multiple global regions.
• Prepare monthly commission statements and analysis.
• Review commission structures, reconcile data and resolve discrepancies with Sales and Finance teams.
• Prepare monthly management reports, commission analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, year-end close and audit requirements.
• Handle finance operations including invoice and payment matters and liaise with external consultants.
• Identify and implement improvements to commission and finance processes, data gathering and reporting efficiency.
