Job summary

Nanolumi is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to support deployment and operation of our technologies across global field programmes from our Singapore base. You will help install, commission, and run field operations, calibrate devices, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data collection and reporting are smooth and timely.

The role involves hands-on work with field equipment, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and up to 50% international travel for programme support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• Over 2 years’ experience in field operations, instrumentation, equipment maintenance, or a technical role.
• Hands-on working with equipment, including calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Curious, adaptable, and resilient, with a willingness to work in dynamic field environments.
• May travel internationally 50% or more, depending on programme needs.

Responsibilities

• Support field deployment, installation, commissioning, and day-to-day programme operations.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot field detection devices and dosing systems.
• Conduct field checks, collect data, identify issues, and support corrective actions.
• Support equipment, inventory, logistics, and documentation for field activities.
• Provide timely updates on field activities, equipment performance, and issues.
• Support training and provide technical guidance to local field teams.
• Work with local partners to ensure smooth field operations.
