Job summary

Redstone Search Group seeks a senior fertilizer trading professional to establish and grow a global trading book across Southeast Asia and EMEA, reporting to the Director of Marketing and the Board.

You will develop a business plan, leverage existing credit facilities and relationships, build a global supplier and customer network, and drive profitable PnL through origination and negotiation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a physical fertilizer trading, marketing or sales position.
• Strong and portable relationships to establish a global trading book.
• Proven and profitable PnL record.

Responsibilities

• Establish a book to trade fertilizers like Urea, Nitrogen, Phosphates, Sulphur across Southeast Asia and EMEA
• Develop and implement a business plan working closely with the board of directors
• Utilize existing credit facility and client relationships within the agricultural and food space, offering products within the fertilizer basket
• Build a global network of suppliers and customers within the fertilizer space
• Role reports to the Director of Marketing & Board of Directors
