Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Façade Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 10–15 years in façade engineering, consultancy, architectural design or building envelope design.
- Proven experience leading façade design for large, complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of curtain walls, glazing, metal/stone/cladding, structural glass.
- Familiar with international façade standards and building codes.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and engineering of façade systems for major developments.
- Manage façade projects from concept to completion.
- Provide technical leadership on curtain wall, glazing and cladding systems.
- Review drawings, calculations, specs, shop drawings and submissions.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
- Mentor junior engineers and maintain design standards.
- Support prequalification, tenders and value engineering.
