Job summary

Dada Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of International Façade Design to lead complex façade projects and technical delivery across major international buildings. You will guide design teams, coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and fabricators, and ensure performance-driven solutions.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in façade design, strong knowledge of performance requirements, and proficiency with Rhino/Grasshopper and AutoCAD, with BIM tools as an advantage.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of façade design/engineering experience on major or international projects.
• Strong knowledge of façade performance, testing and verification.
• Experience managing design teams and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead façade design from concept through detailed drawings and construction implementation.
• Review façade system selection, detailing, node designs and fabrication drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, SS/EN standards and BCA/SCDF requirements.
• Oversee wind, air/water tightness, thermal performance and durability requirements.
• Coordinate internal design teams and external stakeholders across architecture, structural, MEP and construction.
• Lead technical reviews and drive design-to-fabrication solutions.
• Provide construction-stage technical support and issue resolution on site.
• Mentor façade design team and maintain high technical standards.
• Coordinate with Singapore team and headquarters on standards and delivery.
