Job summary

SPEEDO MARINE (PTE) LTD is seeking a Sales Executive in Singapore to manage the full sales process, from quotations to shipping and export documentation. You will respond quickly to inquiries, build strong customer relationships, and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipping arrangements.

You will use SAP and Microsoft Office to document activities, and communicate in English with customers and internal teams while leveraging social media and e-commerce tools to boost

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Experience handling shipping documentation.
• Good communication and a proactive attitude.
• O Level / Higher NITEC qualification.
• Knowledge of social media, e-commerce, and website management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate quotations and sales orders.
• Follow up with prospects to advance opportunities and close deals.
• Respond promptly and professionally to sales enquiries to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with existing and new customers to achieve high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange and track shipping and export documentation accurately.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to document and communicate sales activities clearly and efficiently.
• Apply knowledge of shipping documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy in export processes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English to support customer interactions and internal coordination.
• Utilize social media, e-commerce platforms, and website tools to enhance sales and customer engagement efforts.
