Job summary

Freight Links Express Pvt Ltd in Singapore seeks an entry-level Export Documentation Clerk to handle the full set of export documents and shipper filings. Training will be provided, and you will work closely with a supportive team to ensure accurate documentation.

You will prepare bills of lading and invoices, perform customs filings for Japan, EU, Canada, and the USA, and assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese required.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare export documents including bills of lading, invoices, and manifests.
• Handle customs filings for Japan, EU, Canada, and the USA.
• Support supervisors with ad-hoc duties and maintain accurate records.
