Job summary

ByteDance is seeking an Internal Control professional to help strengthen risk management across its global operations. You will contribute to designing internal controls, governance templates, and procedures to safeguard the growth of the business.

This role involves learning ByteDance's diverse ecosystem, supporting stakeholders, and driving efficiency through analysis tools while maintaining strong English communication, all based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication, essential for APAC market support.
• Strong professional ethics and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in company-wide initiatives, identifying risks and performing risk/root-cause analyses.
• Recommend and develop analysis tools and templates to improve process efficiency, approvals and policies.
• Provide research, analysis, and insights for management reporting based on effectiveness and system feasibility.
• Join cross-functional teams to conduct root-cause analyses and establish action plans to improve controls.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices, growing with the team.
