Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking an Event Planner in Singapore to collaborate with clients and deliver on meeting program goals. You’ll lead program planning from contract execution to final billing and provide exceptional service across travel programs.

The role requires 5 years of experience in project/meetings management, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%. You’ll work with a team to coordinate venues, vendors, registrations, and post-event debriefs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM/meetings/client management experience.
• Experience handling budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning from contract to final billing.
• Coordinate logistics with venues and vendors.
• Manage online registration and attendee communications.
• Monitor costs and invoicing, reporting to finance.
• Provide post-event debriefs and service improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of event tech (Cvent).
