Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Singapore seeks a senior Legal Compliance professional to develop and lead compliance strategies. You will work with corporate attorneys and regional leaders to address violations, improve programs, and implement risk-based controls.

You will train teams, manage a network of Ethics & Compliance Officers in APAC, conduct reviews, and advise on governance, ESG and contracting obligations while traveling up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills.
• Knowledge of ethics and compliance risks including ABAC, privacy, Speak Up helpline, and investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrated success in collaboration and teambuilding.
• Experience developing and managing data analytics / visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Investigates alleged violations of laws and regulations pertaining to Collins businesses in Singapore by utilizing internal and/or external resources to ensure compliance.
• Serve as a trusted partner to business leadership including Human Resources, Legal, Employee Relations, Finance, and other functional partners to promote the highest standards of ethical and compliant business conduct.
• Consults with corporate attorneys as necessary to address difficult legal compliance issues.
• Develop content and conduct training on various ethics & compliance topics.
• Manages and provides guidance to a network of Collins Ethics & Compliance Officers in Singapore.
• Leads periodic internal Ethics & Compliance reviews to prevent, detect, and assess ethics and compliance risk.
• Assists and support the GEC team in the on-going development and communication of the RTX code of conduct, and other communication material as needed across Singapore and APAC.
• Act as the point of contact for employees to help address a variety of Ethics & Compliance questions or concerns and provides guidance on compliance-related policies.
• Support response to various directives and contract requirements, such as ESG, EU sustainability, etc.
• Conduct COI reviews and escalates as required by RTX and Collins policy and practice.
• Disposition RTX GEC Annual Certification variant responses.
• Travel expectations 15%.
