Job summary

SHEGLAM is seeking a strategic and execution-driven communications professional to build and manage the brand’s global communications asset system. This role will transform business insights, milestones and industry perspectives into scalable communication assets for media relations, thought leadership, and market PR initiatives worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business or related fields
• Background in global communications agencies or multinational corporate communications teams
• 4+ years of experience in corporate communications in international markets
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills in English
• Experience supporting senior executives and preparing spokespersons for media engagement is a plus
• Interpretation or translation experience in executive-level business environments

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate messaging frameworks, narrative architecture and key message platforms
• Build and manage a centralized communications asset library for global and regional teams
• Create and continuously update executive quote banks, corporate fact sheets, brand backgrounders and messaging documents
• Develop media FAQs, sensitive issue Q&As and spokesperson briefing materials
• Transform business achievements, innovation milestones and industry insights into reusable communication assets
• Establish communication content governance processes and asset management standards
• Support the development of communication toolkits for SHEGLAM executive team interviews, corporate initiatives and strategic corporate communication actions.

This role will be responsible for transforming business insights, brand milestones, industry perspectives into scalable communication assets that can be leveraged across media relations, thought leadership, corporate storytelling, and market PR initiatives worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Communication Asset Development & Management
• Build and manage SHEGLAM’s global corporate communications asset ecosystem to strengthen message consistency, storytelling quality and operational efficiency across markets.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain corporate messaging frameworks, narrative architecture and key message platforms
• Build and manage a centralized communications asset library for global and regional teams
• Create and continuously update executive quote banks, corporate fact sheets, brand backgrounders and messaging documents
• Develop media FAQs, sensitive issue Q&As and spokesperson briefing materials
• Transform business achievements, innovation milestones and industry insights into reusable communication assets
• Establish communication content governance processes and asset management standards

Corporate Trust & Responsibility, Crisis& Issue Management

• Support SHEGLAM’s long-term reputation building efforts through proactive narrative development and communications preparedness.
• Develop communication assets related to corporate trust and responsibility, and ESG initiatives
• Support ESG disclosures, storytelling programs and media engagement opportunities
• Build issue-response frameworks and sensitive topic communication materials
• Contribute to crisis preparedness planning and response playbooks
• Help establish communication safeguards for complex business and regulatory topics

Executive Communications & Support

• Serve as a strategic communications supporter to the SHEGLAM executive team, helping translate executive insights into compelling external media communications.
• Develop executive briefing documents, key messages, talking points and interview Q&As
• Research media outlets, journalists, industry trends and stakeholder backgrounds
• Draft SHEGLAM executive team viewpoints, leadership narratives and thought leadership content
• Support executive LinkedIn content development and thought leadership initiatives
• Provide on-site communications support and interpretation during SHEGLAM executive team business/commercial media interviews, events and external engagements

Global Communications Enablement

• Partner with regional PR managers to strengthen communication quality and narrative alignment across markets.
• Review and refine press releases, media materials and communication plans
• Support regional teams with media Q&A development and messaging recommendations
• Provide strategic guidance on Award submissions and corporate storytelling opportunities
• Ensure consistency of corporate narratives across global markets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business or related fields
• Background in global communications agencies or multinational corporate communications teams
• 4+ years of experience in corporate communications in international markets, PRBP, PR content creators or related functions
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills in English
• Experience supporting senior executives and preparing spokespersons for media engagement is a plus
• Interpretation or translation experience in executive-level business environments
