Job summary

Lee Yin Group is seeking a dynamic ESG & Communications professional to own the ESG agenda—tracking data, ensuring compliance, and planning strategy across our Group and supply chain. You will shape external storytelling for B2B partners, media, customers, and internal audiences.

You will build and refine the ESG roadmap, manage data collection, and coordinate annual sustainability reports while driving impactful LinkedIn content and media outreach across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years of relevant experience across ESG, sustainability, communications, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting (GRI, SASB, or equivalent).
• Experience managing social media accounts, including LinkedIn, and creating content for socials.
• Strong English writing ability across formats, including reports and social captions.

Responsibilities

• ESG Strategy, Data & Compliance: maintain and improve ESG data collection across the Group and supply chain; monitor data for compliance risks; coordinate annual sustainability reports; respond to due diligence questionnaires; support leadership in refining the ESG roadmap.
• Communications & Brand: manage LinkedIn presence with a content calendar; lead targeted media outreach; update website with media interviews and milestones; identify speaking and sponsorship opportunities; collaborate with retail on brand storytelling.
