Job summary

TEO Garments Corporation Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Sustainability Executive to drive compliance, environmental, social and economic initiatives across the supply chain.

You will work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and regulators to embed best practices throughout the manufacturing value chain. The role focuses on developing ESG strategies, coordinating audits, preparing stakeholder reports, and implementing sustainability programs.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance administration for JV manufacturing facilities in China, Cambodia and Vietnam as well as other outsourced partners
• Management of facilities info and status within production network on vendor system
• Collaborate with suppliers/partners to ensure compliance with environmental and ethical standards
• Coordinate regular assessments and audits to evaluate the environmental and social impact of the supply chain
• Stay informed about relevant regulations and standards, ensuring the company's compliance
• Coordination of corrective action plans of factory compliance issues
• Support the development of a comprehensive ESG strategy aligned with the company's overall goals
• Implement or execute all sustainability related programs and initiatives
• Develop sustainability business practise framework and strategies
• Prepare sustainability report for stakeholders on the company's sustainability performance
