Job summary

Simmons & Simmons Asia LLP is seeking an ESG and Sustainability Manager to shape environmental and climate strategy across its global offices. You will oversee carbon reporting, environmental management systems, and supplier engagement while aligning with regulatory and market standards.

You will work with senior stakeholders, manage cross‑functional teams, and drive initiatives to reduce emissions, improve energy performance, and report progress through external disclosures.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of ESG, carbon accounting, and climate risk.
• Experience with ESG reporting processes (SECR, CDP, CFD).
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking and governance-focused collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ESG and climate strategy across global offices.
• Coordinate carbon reporting, CFD, CDP, and internal audits.
• Oversee ISO 14001, ESOS, SECR processes and audits.
• Support regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement.
• Guide governance papers, policies and internal reporting.
