Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility to drive the global CSR strategy and translate ESG direction into impactful programmes across markets.

You will embed CSR into the employee experience, strengthen community partnerships, and ensure consistent delivery of initiatives aligned with ESG goals, brand and values. Collaboration with HR, Communications, and country leadership is essential for scalable impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in CSR, social impact or related fields in a multi-geographical role.
• Proven track record in executing multi-country CSR or employee engagement programmes.
• Experience in complex, matrixed organisations across Asia or globally.

• Execute the company’s global CSR strategy and translate ESG direction into measurable programmes.
