Job summary

Xircle Talent partners with a global EPC/EPCC leader to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager in Singapore. You will drive governance, risk, and financial performance across multi-billion-dollar programs from bid to delivery, ensuring margins and cash optimization.

Required: 20+ years in EPC/infrastructure, MRICS, proven leadership in bids, contracts, change, and cost control with extensive stakeholder management. International project exposure is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Over 20 years in senior commercial roles within EPC/infrastructure/utility sectors.
• Experience spanning bid development, delivery, and close-out with JV/consortiums.
• Led change/claims management, cost control and procurement activities across large projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial governance, risk management and financial performance for large-scale projects.
• Lead pre-bid reviews and provide commercial inputs in proposals.
• Manage end-to-end commercial functions including contracts, changes, claims and cash flow.
• Drive reporting standards for cash flow, forecasting and risk/opportunity tracking.
• Mentor and develop future Commercial Managers and ensure client relationships.
