Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Client Operations within IT environments.
• Experience owning end‑to‑end delivery of enhancements and bug fixes, from requirements gathering through SIT and production deployment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enhancements and bug fixes, from requirements gathering through SIT and production deployment.
• Act as the primary client SPOC, managing communications, status updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder expectations.
• Plan and coordinate production releases, including release planning, deployment coordination, and post-production validation.
• Lead a small team BAU support team, managing workload, ticket queues, priorities, escalations, and daily operations.
• Monitor and manage incidents, coordinate resolutions, and participate in daily/DSR operational calls.
• Drive project governance covering resource planning, prioritization, risks, timelines, dependencies, and delivery tracking.
• Represent projects in weekly/bi-weekly client governance meetings and manage stakeholder communications.
• Prepare weekly progress, operational, and escalation reports for senior management and leadership teams.
• Strong communication, client management, coordination, and leadership skills required.
