Job summary

RED Engineering Tractebel (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager / Translator fluent in English to support the Senior PM with business strategy, project planning, and client liaison on international projects.

You will lead on cost and profit diagnosis, prepare fee proposals, manage schedules, monitor risk, and contribute to digitalization of processes. A strong engineering degree, Chartered Eng status, and proven project experience abroad are preferred.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Membership of an applicable Institute.
• Chartered Eng status.
• Experience designing specifications for building types.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior PM with strategy and management of projects.
• Conduct cost and profit diagnosis including feasibility studies and fee proposals.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to define requirements.
• Prepare project reports for management and clients.
