Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions seeks an experienced Engineering Project Manager to drive end-to-end project scoping, planning, and execution, with a focus on tech transfer and localization of high-variance HVM processes. You will coordinate across Global Engineering, regional operations, and external vendors to ensure timely, budget-aligned outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related applied technical field.
• 8+ years of project management experience with multiple complex projects.
• PMP certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, manage and execute engineering projects end-to-end, incl. tech transfer and localization.
• Refine design packages from Global Engineering to generate factory specs.
• Maintain schedule, scope and budget, and generate progress reports.
• Assemble project teams, define plans and drive cross-functional efforts to completion.
• Plan cost, time and resources with external vendors and internal managers; mitigate risks.
• Control capital and operating expenses; conduct design reviews for first-time-right excellence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and risk mitigation across projects.
• Collaborate with Global Engineering and regional Ops to align priorities and execution.
