Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in executive education, EMBA/MBA or related fields.
• Experience in marketing, recruitment, admissions, operations, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and growth of the Global EMBA programme.
• Direct marketing, recruitment, admissions, branding and pipelines.
• Oversee programme operations including global modules and events.
• Build senior-level relationships with students, alumni, partners and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, revenue and marketing spend.
• Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, recruitment, operations and admin.
• Prepare reports on recruitment, financial performance and risk.
