Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore’s NBS Graduate Studies Career Development Office is seeking a senior leader to shape career strategies for MBA programmes and lead the MBA Cluster. You will coach Career Leads and Fellows, drive employer engagement, and align services with market trends to improve graduate outcomes.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic vision, and a proven track record in leadership within career services or higher education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university is required.
• MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience, including leadership responsibility for teams, programmes, projects or stakeholder networks.
• Strong understanding of talent markets, career development, leadership development and workforce trends.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, industry leaders and postgraduate students.
• Proven coaching, facilitation and counselling experience, with the ability to support professionals at different career stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Career Development strategy and implementation for MBA programmes, engaging leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure career services stay at the forefront.
• Direct the MBA Cluster career journey, aligning offerings with market trends and collaborating with Employer Engagement to widen recruitment opportunities.
• Manage Career Leads and Senior Career Fellows, coaching teams, setting goals, and ensuring high-quality coaching and consistent student experience.
• Oversee MBA career offerings, including content updates, partnerships with external stakeholders and ensuring timely access to job and internship opportunities for MBA students.
• Analyse employment outcomes and market trends to strengthen employer engagement strategies and student outcomes.
