Job summary

Chartered Electronics Company PTE LTD is seeking an energetic professional to manage client relationships and drive sales in the electronics harness industry.

You will coordinate between clients and factories, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions while supporting business growth. Training is provided, including a one-week China-based session after probation, with potential overseas allowances and vehicle maintenance after probation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin and Malay.
• Electronics/Electrical knowledge essential for supporting client needs.
• Willingness to learn with training provided including overseas assignment.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients by researching and leveraging leads to grow the customer base.
• Explore new business opportunities within clients' competitive landscapes to boost market share.
• Understand client needs and deliver tailored electronic solutions.
• Coordinate communication and project development between clients and factories to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage the sales cycle from sampling through mass production with accurate client forecasts.
• Support deal closure by following up on requirements and maintaining clear communication.
• Provide ongoing client support to sustain business relationships.
• Monitor industry trends to inform development and sales strategies.
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate client records.
• Monitor payment status and handle related administrative duties.
