Search Personnel Pte Ltd partners with an EdTech firm to recruit a Digital Learning Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of the Digital Learning Portal, ensuring smooth service delivery across devices.
The role requires hands-on LMS/CMS experience, content QA, Canva asset preparation, and familiarity with block-based authoring tools; you will coordinate with educators and external developers to publish compliant, engaging learning content.
Position: Digital Learning Operations Lead (EdTech / LMS / CMS)
Location: Robinson Road, 4 minutes' walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT and walking distance from 2 other MRT stations
Working hours: 5 days work week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6200 + Performance Bonus

Manage daily operations of the Digital Learning Portal and ensure smooth service delivery.
Upload, format and publish academic content, assessments, activities and videos.
Use Canva to prepare, export and adapt learning assets for portal upload.
Build learning pages using a block-based content studio.
Conduct QA checks across desktop, tablet and mobile before content goes live.
Manage user accounts, bulk CSV uploads and portal data updates.
Provide first-line support and maintain FAQs, guides and support materials.
Coordinate with external developers on platform issues, testing and fixes.
Support PDPA / GDPR-K compliant handling of student data.
Manage online community engagement and moderate user-generated content.
Prepare platform announcements, onboarding guides and usage updates.
Support portal demos and STEM kit walkthroughs when required.
Minimum 2 years' experience in LMS/CMS, e-learning content, EdTech operations or digital platform operations.
Hands-on experience managing digital learning content and QA checks.
Strong Canva skills, including asset preparation for upload or animation.
Comfortable with block-based content builders or authoring tools.
Able to manage CSV uploads, user accounts and digital platform data.
Able to support online community engagement and safe content moderation.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage launch-period priorities.
Good communication skills with teachers, parents, students and internal teams.
Familiarity with SCORM, LTI, HTML5/CSS, Articulate or Genially will be advantageous.
Experience in education, publishing, EdTech, content production or community management will be advantageous.
Awareness of PDPA, GDPR or student-data protection requirements will be advantageous
