Job summary

Razer Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant E-Commerce Product Manager to join the Global E‑Commerce Platform team. You will own day-to-day platform operations and drive new features to enhance customer journeys, satisfaction, and growth.

You will manage vendors, lead cross-functional collaboration, and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver end-to-end initiatives with strong product thinking and governance.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in Product Management, Digital Product Delivery, or E-Commerce.
• Proven delivery of customer-facing digital products and features.
• Experience coordinating external vendors or agencies.
• Experience managing website or e-commerce platform projects.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and deliver features across pre- and post-purchase journeys.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own end-to-end delivery from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales, Operations, Marketing and MIS teams.
• Analyze customer behavior and business metrics to identify opportunities.
• Support roadmap planning and prioritization based on impact.
