Job summary

Tangspac Consulting Group, Singapore, is seeking a Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and policy design for Microsoft Purview DLP implementations. You will drive testing, manage end-to-end delivery, and coordinate with stakeholders across countries and business units to ensure on-time sign-off.

The role requires hands-on experience with Purview DLP, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to work independently to overcome risks and blockers while delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis, Information Security, or related roles.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP – policy design, testing, and implementation.
• Proven ability to drive implementations and coordinate cross-country stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and policy design for Purview DLP implementations.
• Drive testing and validation of DLP policies prior to deployment.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from scoping through implementation and sign-off.
• Engage and manage multiple stakeholders across different countries and units.
• Produce clear documentation, presentations, and status reporting for stakeholders at various levels.
• Independently identify risks and roadblocks, and drive resolution to keep delivery on track.
