Thakral One Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a DLP Business Analyst to translate information-protection requirements into practical Microsoft Purview DLP use cases and drive multi-country implementation across APAC.

You will collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end DLP solutions, develop tests, maintain documentation, and help transition to regional BAU.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business Analysis, Technology Risk, or Info Security.
• Experience with end-to-end project delivery and stakeholder coordination.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Purview DLP and data classifiers.

Responsabilités

• Conduct current-state assessments of DLP solutions, policies, channels, and local requirements.
• Perform gap analysis between country DLP arrangements and the regional/global Purview DLP framework.
• Gather, analyse and document business, regulatory, and technical requirements into DLP use cases.
• Coordinate with country stakeholders, Regional Risk, Info Security, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Develop test scenarios and validate DLP rule effectiveness.
• Maintain documentation, RAID logs, decisions, and action trackers for BAU transition.
