Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a DLP Business Analyst with hands-on Microsoft Purview DLP experience to support data protection and information security initiatives.

You will gather requirements, design policies, coordinate testing and stakeholder engagement, and drive regional implementation across teams such as security, risk and compliance.

This role requires strong communication, documentation, and project delivery skills to ensure successful delivery across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Information Security, Technology Risk, or Data Protection.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP (requirements gathering, policy design, testing, and implementation).
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, gap analysis, UAT, stakeholder management, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for DLP initiatives.
• Support DLP policy design, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Coordinate testing, documentation, and project deliverables.
• Work with security, risk, compliance, and business teams to ensure successful implementation.
