Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a dedicated engineer to provide operational and project support for Microsoft Purview data protection and compliance services across Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and endpoint DLP.

You will configure and test DLP policies, manage alerts, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining thorough documentation and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
• Working knowledge of Purview DLP, sensitivity labels, Information Protection.
• Understanding data classification and sensitive information types.
• Experience coordinating IT projects and reporting status.
• Good troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Purview DLP, sensitivity labels, Information Protection and Insider Risk Management.
• Configure, test and tune DLP policies, rules, conditions and policy tips.
• Review DLP alerts, perform triage and escalate issues as needed.
• Support endpoint DLP testing and rollout of Purview initiatives.
• Troubleshoot policy and user-impact issues and coordinate resolution with teams.
• Prepare SOPs, test evidence, and management updates.
• Coordinate projects and workstreams with timelines, milestones and stakeholders.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies and blockers and escalate delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and Microsoft support for timely delivery.
• Support implementation, rollout and transition to steady-state operations.
